Although, I don't love the hours of operation, the staff has always been very helpful and hospitable. I've had to do a few international wire transfers, and appreciate their help. In addition, the staff in the drive-through are always amazing. We have a business account for our nonprofit, and they are always wonderful about any documentation needs we may have.

I like US Bank the management at this Branch however is in it everybody else that works at this branch is really nice as long as you don't have to deal with the management here you're fine

Wanted to add a savings acct. But NO ONE any of the (multiple) lobby desks. After a bit, a personal banker poked her head over the counter to say she couldn't help us because she was helping to work the drive through and the only other personal banker was at lunch, but we could wait......until 2PM. A 2 HOUR LUNCH?? Had to make an appt. For Monday. Very poor customer service.

My god don't stop by if you don't have 30-45 minutes to waste and this is after you get up and you talk to the teller in the drive-thru absolutely ridiculous

The management there is inept...and dealing with US Bank is worse than a government agency. There are some competent workers there, but the entire organization is so big with so many layers, its difficult to get things done. You get handed off to someone and then handed off to someone else. Plus, they don't answer their phone most of the time. They use the CoronaHoax as an excuse to not answer it.

I worked with Valerie she is very friendly, helpful, and quick. Only one time I had a bad experience but I believe that person is no longer there. Have had my account with U.S Bank for 15 years now.

This is more a critique of the company as a whole. I have been electronically sending rent directly to my landlord’s account for well over a year. Without notice or reason, US Bank lowered the amount of money I could send, making me unable to send my full amount of rent at one time. Because I was not warned of this and could not plan for it, I was late on my rent. When I called to ask why this happened, I was told that “they” review accounts periodically throughout the year and make changes. I had the money to send, and had not over drafted any of my accounts. The workers I called did not have the information to give me as to why, and could not transfer me to anyone who could answer. I will be leaving this bank ASAP.

This bank has poor customer service at the drive-through. This bank has always had poor customer service for years. This bank has hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9 to 5 drive-through only with appointments for a lobby. Please tell me in the real world how this works for anyone.

This branch has drive thru open and branch thru appt only. When you go in the drive thru and the blonde is working be prepared to wait a LONG time. Unfortunately a vehicle pulled behind me thus I couldn’t change to an open lane and waited 27 minutes til I could make my deposit! Totally UNACCEPTABLE. I give this branch 0 stars.

They always fu
