As a US Bank customer I absolutely cannot stand going to this Branch they're beyond slow they have no business line and the people that work at this Branch are rude and they arbitrarily charge you for things you're not supposed to be charged for at this Branch I've literally had to go to the Westin Branch to have them correct mistakes that they've made at this branch location

I just moved down here from Minnesota, my bank in mn is TCF. There isn’t a tcf around here for 3 hours. I came to us bank to use my account here to wire money (something I do with tcf with NO problems ever). The manager at us bank for whatever reason said that me wiring 8k DOMESTICALLY was suspicious. I was planning on moving my business account from tcf to us bank but using TCF is definitely worth the 3 hour drive.

I'm a Veteran and I've been a loyal customer with US Bank since 2007. I walked into your branch with a simple request and Kurt treated me with confusion and condescension. Behaving like he didn't understand what I wanted. Then a cockroach crawled across the teller window. Kurt grabbed a deposit slip and mashed it right in front of me. The he went on to lecture me on having a credit card, any credit card. US Bank just lost a long time customer. I'll be closing my accounts in a few days.

Manager and bank rep were VERY rude and talked down to me. Poor customer service.

Was told a customer service rep was present, but not seeing people, so I'd have to wait for the other one. I can handle that. What i can't handle is waiting 50 minutes before giving up any hope of getting help. Decided not to open an account after all.
