It may seem a little far fetched, but I fear the inevitable has arrived—human-less contact. I remember a bygone era when an actual person in America answered the phone, were non-patronizing, and got you to the right person with the call not exceeding a few minutes. Now, and right off the bat, some AI voice tells you that you’ve called during peak time and after spending five minutes hitting an array of different numbers on your cellphone, you have to explain in a thesis why you’re calling so that the zombie voice can get you to the ‘right person’, and then you’re placed on hold- that is to say if you’re even connected with a human being. Now, and in a very discerning voice, Max Headroom proceeds to forcefully give you a totally irrelevant response. In a nutshell- you’re up the proverbial creek without a paddle. I’d suspect that the world’s unemployment rate will no doubt escalate to new heights. And, in a relatively short span of time delivery persons will be replaced by some animatronic cyborg.

Attempted to deliver freight, but was advised by the UPS Call Center that this location is not an option for freight deliveries. What is the best source that UPS can provide as far as freight delivery locations?

This has to be like the worst UPS customer center ever. The drivers never retry to deliver my package. I paid extra to be able to pick the package up and was given the run around. This has happened very frequently to the point I hate when my packages come through them.
