Brenda was able to put a corset back in my dress, so it fit for my wedding. She also fixed the bustle after another place butchered my dress. Brenda is amazing!!

I strongly recommend avoiding this business as the owner does not know how to communicate appropriately. I needed my daughter's homecoming dress altered and my son's dress pants shortened so I waited till after she returned from an out-of-town trip and met in early September to meet by appt. My daughter's dress did include beadwork so I understand some extra detail is needed. The owner knew I was paying with a credit card as I confirmed that with her before the first appt. We...

I was a week away from my daughters wedding I was looking for a mother of the bride dress i called and she responded right back within a hour I was able to go in that afternoon she helped me locate a dress very reasonable in price she helped me look for my size .Very gracious lady

Nice person but no follow through. Said she could make my mother of the groom dress... She said she’d get the fabric we discussed, trusted her to pick it up as she always went to the high class fabric stores in Chicago. Wrong! Pleaded with her for weeks to show me the dress. Put Prom alterations and anyone else before me. She basically waited until the week before the wedding to start my dress and gave me very less than acceptable...it was horrible. There was no time to make any corrections to the dress thrown at me and she charged me more than twice what she quoted.. If you want beads sown on your veil and can’t find anyone else...?♀️

This is the nicest lady I’ve ever dealt with! She was super sweet, so helpful, and never tried to “sell” me a dress! She made sure I was comfortable and her enthusiasm brought back the excitement in the experience that I had not found in SO MANY other stores! I have to mention that her prices are wonderful and she is going to do any alterations I may need right there! She’s also going to make my veil custom to the dress I’ve picked out! My only regret was not going to her store first!!

Brenda is an absolute gem of Springfield. My wedding dress fittings were a true highlight of wedding prep. I had two vintage dresses (one from the 1920s and one from the 1950s), and a veil from the 1970s (all family items), which Brenda was able to alter, clean, and even tea stain to match.

Me and my girl went here to get her dress and found amazing dress for a great price and they owner was great with my bride and helped every step of the way and she also made sure it was what she wanted he made her feel like a friend not a customer and she understood we was on a budget and helped us find the perfect dress that my bride was looking for and a great price for the dress and the veil thank you so much for your great service
