The people at this bank are very nice... However their policies and procedures are very nerve racking. If you need to make a large purchase outside of the normal business hours your just out of luck... And when you call to get your limit increased your given the Spanish inquisition of who, what, where, and when . I feel that it's my money and I'll spend it how I want. Again the leoe here are very nice... However the policies and procedures are not customer friendly.

Very professional very helpful in my experience it's the best bank I have been affiliated with I once lost my money inside the bank and they found it and put it into my account.. also the bank manager saved me from a scam he was very helpful I would recommend this bank to all my friends

The "Leader of Community Banking" Hahahahahaha that's a total JOKE. Had an issue with a card on a Saturday afternoon at 2:00pm; no one available until Monday. I had an issue that left me flat BROKE from Saturday at 2pm until Monday at 8am. Let me fill you in; PEOPLE LIKE TO HAVE ACCESS TO THIER HARD EARNED MONEY OVER THE WEEKEND. PEOPLE HAVE PLANS AND ERRANDS ON THE WEEKEND. Why can this place claim to be the "Leader" of community banking and be completely unavailable during the time when people need them the MOST??? You know what people are doing mon-Friday?? WORKING!!!!! Why do you think the Mall is open on Saturday??? Why are all Resturants PACKED on the weekends??? Because that's when the majority of people are off work and out spending money??? How can a place even THINK about being COMPLETELY UNAVAILABLE TO ALL CUSTOMERS during this time, it literally makes me want to SCREAM. Can't wait to close my accounts at this place and open one somewhere with actual customer service.. that actually cares about people and not just themselves.
