One of the worst experiences I have ever had working with a lender. The loan officer for my transaction was a nightmare. Had to involve the bank manger because the loan officer tried to sabotage every process involved in the loan making its way to the closing table. I was hung up on in the middle of a phone call and completely cut out of communication towards the end. Extremely unprofessional

Truly felt like a bother today when I called to check a couple of strange transactions. I miss my old bank. When I opened this act, I was pleased with the service but literally the last couple times I've had to call two men have been, again, like bothered or something. Sorry, not sorry!

United Community Bank handled the closing on a home I sold. I was rushed to sign papers without having the time to read them. The bank employee seemed put out by my insistence on reading the one page documents. I was not given copies of the papers I signed. The bank employee would not wire the sale proceeds because he didn't want to change the paperwork. The bank employee was dressed to play golf and he acted like he couldn't get out of there quick enough, to the point of interrupting me so he could leave.

Very slow service. Three cars went past me while cashing one check. Poor customer service...not even a "Thank you or Have a nice day." Inconvenient for me since Jefferson location was closed. Looking for new bank with friendly service.
