United Community Bank is generally well-received, with friendly staff and a great banking experience. Customers appreciate the points card that earns gift cards. However, the drive-through service during peak hours can be frustratingly slow, with long wait times despite multiple lanes being open and seemingly understaffed. Overall, the bank provides a positive banking environment with room for improvement in certain areas.
Mostly positive. Sometimes it feels like they don't look at the big picture when refusing to reverse a fee. Love the points card that earns gift cards.

Friendly staff and overall a great place to bank. The drive through during peak hours is absolutely atrocious, though. I’m currently sitting in the drive through and have been for over twenty minutes.
