“Long story short, I didn't actually get any service done through here because my Volvo car had broken down and I pulled in thinking it was a passenger car dealership, but the staff was incredibly nice and understanding and let us stay in their lobby as if we were paying customers until we were able to find a tow truck willing to carry me, my gf and our car 170 miles home. I couldn't honestly think of anywhere else I'd rather have been for this 24 hour long ordeal. Thanks, everyone!”

“Unfortunately people do not understand how renting of equipment works- especially one way equipment. Uhaul has to get the equipment in in order to send it out. If no one is coming into Springfield one way, then Springfield doesn't have the equipment to send back out one way. If you put in your reservation way in advance and understand that the employees do not control where your truck/trailer is, you'll have a pleasant experience!!”

“The manager, Steve, helped me restore my trailer rental reservation to my original request, by finding one that had just become available from the shop at the Uhaul on Clearlake Dr (uHaul corp called me a few days earlier and indicated my original reservation could only be met with a smaller trailer, unless I was willing to drive an hour further to get one at Havana, Il.) He went above and beyond to help me get the larger trailer I had orginally tried to reserve. Excellent service!”
