This is an interesting business. They have tables full of overstock items. Price same for everything based on day of the week.
You can definitely find some bargains but it is time consuming and you can’t open packages to see a good look at most items. If you are looking for something specific this is not where you want to go.

Arrived at 7:45. Was told they close at 8pm. We were just curious what all they would have and planned on buzzing through quickly. Was told every minute that they were closing at 8pm. At 7:53 we had made it almost all the way through the store and had a few items in our hands that we were going to purchase. We were getting ready to head to the register and the owner and lady said we needed to hurry up because their debit machines go down at 7:55pm.
What do you mean? If you're open until 8pm, the machines should work until 8pm.
We had no intentions of staying past 8pm and we planned on being out well before then. The amount of rush/pressure they were putting on use made us put our stuff down and walk out.
As a customer, I understand your store hours are until 8pm and I will obey those hours and leave your store by then. There is no need to follow me around the store and continue to remind me. We clearly were going to make it out in time as it was 7:53 and we were over 3/4 the way through the store. This was offensive and aggravating. I will not be back.

Great deals. I feel like it could be a bit more organized. I understand keeping costs low by minimizing labor, it would be nice If the things in boxes were removed from the box. There is one guy to open the box if you want, and they get mad if you open the box yourself, which I didn't understand. If I'm going to buy something, I want to see it first. Why can't I open the box, but this guy can? Overall, the place has good deals if you find the right items, but it's a bunch of people digging through piles of items and boxes that are spread across a bunch of big tables. All items are the same price depending on the day.

There will be people coming up to you and telling you not to open boxes, when you are in fact, not opening the boxes. They sell a bunch of Temu items. It’s not horrible, service just is uncomfortable and there’s not much going for it.

After a recent visit to this establishment, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience to perhaps prevent future patrons from enduring the same. The store policy prominently states that customers should not open boxes, a rule I respected during my visit. However, I observed numerous open boxes scattered around, which seemed contradictory and misleading.
Upon closer inspection of one of these open boxes, simply out of curiosity and without any intention to disrupt, I was unexpectedly confronted by the staff. Their approach was far from professional; it felt more like harassment than customer service. The situation escalated when the owner intervened, displaying a confrontational demeanor devoid of any customer service etiquette. The lack of empathy and understanding was startling, especially coming from someone leading the business.
Moreover, the pricing strategy of the products did not align with the value or quality offered. Many items seemed overpriced for what they were, leading to a perception of the store stocking subpar merchandise at premium prices.
Based on this experience, my advice to potential customers would be to consider other options before committing to a purchase here. It's crucial for businesses to remember that respectful communication and customer satisfaction are key to success and reputation.

We went in today and as soon as we went in my daughter had something in her hand and the man said give me that so we did and my fiance had already told me that this man will follow him around and throw boxes on top of what he going Thru and he did and then my fiance moved the box and the man told him he was being disrespectful and he told him no that everytime he comes in he follows him and throws boxes on top of what he is looking at ans the man start shouting telling us to get out ans not come back. I can't believe their employees are allowed to act this way we were not doing anything wrong for him to follow us around and start being disrespectful towards us. We were there ro spend money and he made a scene bc he was harassing us and following us ans throw things on top of what we were looking at.
