“I was having a strange issue with my car that I thought might be related to brakes. Someone referred me to derringers, and I called them on my lunch hour. I was able to find someone to follow me so I could drop off my car. They found out what was causing the strange noise and it had nothing to do with my brakes so that was a relief. They then let me know they wear and tear on my front and back brakes and I was able to get that fixed and picked up the next day. I was incredibly impressed from the first phone call to when I picked it up.”

“If you own a foreign car this is the place to take it! I have taken my car to them on more than one occasion and always get it back fixed. I thought I had an issue after my last visit after picking up my vehicle and called Eric and his team and explained what was going on. They explained what the car was doing (air suspension was relearning via computer settings), and said to call on Monday if the issue wasn't resolved and it did resolve itself. Eric himself reached out to me on Monday morning before I had the opportunity to reach out to him to follow up on the issue I was having. Eric and his team truly care and are amazing with the work and business ethics and it shows. Phenomenal Job to you and your team!!!!!”
