We have been using this facility for more than three years now. It is not only safe and secure, but reasonably priced. The customer service that we have received has been outstanding and we can't say enough good things about them! At one point I think we actually had three units as we transitioned homes. Check in and out was super easy and it made moving so much easier!

We would be lost without the space provided by this storage unit! And the location is beyond convenient to us, being less than a 1/2 mile from our home. We trust the climate controlled space to keep our items safe. It does seem like the price has increased pretty frequently, so we're trying to determine if we can go to a smaller unit, but for now this meets our needs wonderfully.

Great storage option for household items that aren't being used. The Unit is clean, climate controlled, and secure. It's very convenient to access.

The facility was always clean and well maintained. Never had any issues accessing my storage and it was very quick to get in and out of my storage. The location is excellent for people on the south end of town and especially for those around the UIS/East Lake Shore region. Highly recommend with very reasonable pricing.

Very nice, very clean seems to be very secure. Might have been just a tad pricey but it was behind a locked gate so you Pay for the extra security.

Very clean and secure. Temperature was always moderately cool (I'm guessing in the 60s??). On 2 occasions, I ran into employees. They were both very friendly.

The units are very clean, free of odors, and I haven't had any issues with bugs which is a huge plus for me.

My children attend UIS and we store their belongings here each summer so we don't have to drive it 3 hours back to Chicago. Easy rental and checkout. I feel safe sending my children there to load and unload the unit. Very secure and clean. We will be back next summer :)

My daughter is a college student and this unit was perfect to store her belongings while she was home for the summer. Easy access, close to campus and the facility was safe and clean. I highly recommend!

I used this storage facility for an extended period during 2021 and had piece of mind that my items were safe, secure and protected during the entire time. My experience with the owner and staff could not have been more pleasant, and I would highly recommend storing anything valuable and important at this location. Excellent storage units. Exceptionally clean and well built. No outside access. Gated. Climate controlled. Best value for highly secure, clean, and spacious tall units. Could not ask for any better experience and complete customer service. Super easy check in system and check out was just as efficient. These folks have it figured out. Great place for short or long term storage. You won't be disappointed.
