Communication from this business is poor at best. After waiting five months for an order and almost a month for a return call or email regarding the status of the order, we ended up getting a refund with absolutely no apology whatsoever. The excuse we were given for lack of communication was because they were on vacation. Most businesses leave a voicemail on their answering machine stating that they are on vacation and will return on a certain date. Not only do I not recommend this business, neither my family nor I will ever do business with them again.

We had a fabulous time camping out at their little pond. Loved kayaking & seeing all of their animals. If your looking for a private campsite I recommend it!

Like others, I have not been able to get a response from Tara and don’t know what’s going on. On top of that, every time I’ve gone to the Farm stand store it’s never open. Nothing is posted saying differently last time I checked but it’s been a while. I have tried many times over several months, with no luck. I was really happy before but I’m very disappointed now and not sure what’s going on.

I bought a $135 grocery bundle from the Willow City online store this summer. I never received what I ordered. I called multiple times, sent multiple emails, visited the store, and even went to the Farmer's Market to to find out details about my order. The only time I was able to talk to someone was when the teenage daughter was left to run the stand at the Farmer's Market and she told me that "someone would contact me" regarding my order. I was never contacted, never received my order, and am now out $135. I strongly suggest getting your entire order in hand before paying one dollar to this farm. There are other reputable and local options out there.

Great store. I bought some ground lamb and made some of the best lamb burgers I've ever eaten. Quality goods and a great selection of different meats.

I bought beef bones here to make bone broth. I can tell their meats are great quality because I did not have to skim much froth off of my broth.

Thank you, WCF, for donating the beef and burger for the St Patrick's celebration. Your beef made the Guinness Beef Stew extra delicious and the hamburger in the Cottage Pie was a hit, soooo good! Best place to get farm fresh anything! The quality of meat we get here is top of the line, pork, beef, chicken, lamb and got. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere every time I stop it. Tara and Chloe are the best!
