I made an appointment to have Sundown One come to the house to remove my tv from the wall so I can replace my firestick with the latest model. Seth and Jake turned up on time and lifted the tv down and plugged in the new firestick. They stayed long enough to ensure the firestick updated and the tv performed correctly. They were very courteous and helpful. I can definitely recommend Sundown One.

From the initial appointment when Sun Down One came out to look at our unfinished basement to picking out everything in the store to now when our basement is completed, they have been exceptional. We knew the vision we wanted but Neil and his staff really helped us decide what the right equipment and tv’s were. We couldn’t love our space more. The staff at Sundown One have gone above and beyond to get our tv replaced, as it could not be repaired. They came out numerous times to get it ready for the repair staff and to put it back when it was installed. If it wasn't for them- we could not have handled it ourselves. We will only purchase our tv's, etc from Sundown One.

Seth was very knowledgeable and had answers for everything. He helped me learn how to maneuver thru the settings on our equipment. Would have never began to know how to set up the wires or figured out the settings without him.

Went there to purchase a 85” Samsung tv for my parents.. Great knowledgeable staff! TV was delivered within a couple of days, and even got great service after the sale regarding headphones for my dad! Highly recommended!!
