So thankful for this place! I was stranded on the interstate and all the places I called were telling me that it would be days before my car could be looked at. When I called these guys they were there to get me in 15 mins and had my car repaired the very next day. Very happy with their service ?

This was by far the best experience I have had for Auto Repairs! Someone backed into my daughters car. Took it here for an estimate. It took 10 minutes and estimate was sent to me within an hour.
Called when parts were in. Dropped my car off for front left panel and door replacement. It was ready for pickup in 3 days. Will definitely use them if ever needed again!
Jen, Dan, Kellie and Jerry were all amazing to work with.

I can’t say enough about how well they treated us during a tough time. They went above and beyond, helped made sure we made it to the wedding on time (literally) and got the car taken care of. Kelly was amazing, kind and treated us like family.

I’m writing this for my dad who has no clue how to use a computer and still has a flip phone. He got an estimate for his 2018 Equinox from a different body shop. He has used Springfield Auto body numerous times in the past and decided to see what they could do for him. When he got the estimate from Springfield auto body, it was over $1000 cheaper. They also told him they could get to it right away. 2 hours later it was finished and it looked great. I have also used them in the past and was impressed. He’s been talking for hours about how good of a job they did. Good work everyone at Springfield Auto Body.

Locked my car keys inside my car when i came to work. I called Springfield Autobody & Towing straight up. Not even 30 mins later, i got my keys. And the lady who picked up the call when I call was sooo nice.

CV axle repair over the Memorial Day holiday for cheap! I came back today 6/21/2024 from St. Louis for both rear wheel hub assemblies to be replaced. These people are awesome: tow truck driver, mechanic, receptionist and the owners!! I will definitely drive two hours for all repairs if the vehicle can be driven. If you’re a female this is the best shop for your vehicle! Great prices and service. Thank you for all your help!

Highly highly recommend Springfield Autobody & Towing!!! My family was driving through Springfield and our check engine light started blinking. We called Springfield Autobody & Towing and they were able to diagnose and replaced a coil pack and we were back on the road within 20 minutes.
