I love this place. It's never crowded. Clean. Safe location even for very early morning visits. Everyone you meet here is very friendly. I love Ashlee and Dave- they've always answered my questions and addressed any concerns (very minimal concerns to be honest). The smoothie joint next door-Shake This. EatThat- is a bonus and even if I forget my access card, they always let me in through it.When I joined this gym-In early 2022- I was at my lowest point in life, after losing my husband. I have been able to find joy in taking care of myself and staying motivated. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to get back on track.

It’s a nice gym. Not a lot of equipment but what you need is there. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also do a good job of keeping it clean. It’s a bonus that there’s a shake shop right next door. Never too crowded either.

Started here to try to get healthy even thou I hate to exercise! Ashlee has made it a fun, informative and enjoyable experience. Literally look forward to going to the gym. The smoothies are amazing and I am excited to try there other items as well.

I highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming gym experience. I decided to join after a couple of visits to Shake This Eat That. The first impression of a positive atmosphere and the genuine nature of the staff and owners has held true! Ashlee has been great to work with as my trainer. She is knowledgeable, caring, and has been really helpful with suggestions for ways to implement realistic everyday changes to reach my health goals. It’s a very comfortable environment to work out in, and the convenience of popping next door for an after workout smoothie is a bonus in my opinion.

Great people, great business. I have been to many gyms but what set them apart is the care and concern for their customers. They make it feel like home/family. The shakes are amazing. Some may think they are pricey but you are paying for what you get and they are fresh and amazing!

Staff and owners really make you feel like you are on the right track and care about you achieving your goals. Plus are also super fun to be around. Facility is clean and well kept, love grabbing a smoothie once a week to reward myself, too. Moderate monthly price but no annual contract which is nice as well.

Love this place and the people so much! I am working with Ashlee as my trainer, and have learned so much and continue learning at each session. I'm so thankful for her willingness to share her knowledge. The owners, Tiffani and Dave are inviting and so helpful. All the staff make the place very welcoming. There is space to hang out, get a smoothie, read, and talk. And there's space to get the work done and get results. The equipment is clean and spaced nicely so you're not running into people. You get a key card so the gym is open to you 24/7. So thankful to be part of the Springfield Snap fitness family.

I cannot express enough how this gym , the owners and my trainer Ashlee have changed my life. Over 100 pounds loss in a year and their support is outstanding. This gym is ALWAYS CLEAN, and machines are well maintained. love this place! ,

Last year I decided to take back my life and become a better version of myself and become stronger and healthy. So I joined Snap and it's been one of the best things I have done for myself. I work with Ashlee as my trainer and she is just a breath of fresh air. Her upbeat and bubbly personality keeps ya motivated and wanting to come back!. The owners are wonderful and encouraging and Tiffani and Dave often give tips on how to be be better with nutrition. Im so thankful I walked into the Shake this Eat that shop next door and met these wonderful people. At first I was leary about the gym...but they let me come at my own pace and when I was ready they welcomed me with open arms to help me become the version of me I want to be!

I only went a few times. 40 a month plus fift for annual fee. I'm on disability and couldn't afford it. Didn't like it there. Asked Dave s Simpson for money back for annual fee and he said it wasn't annual fee. I said that's what Michael said it was when he set me up. They charge 8 dollars for smoothies and high prices for all their stuff. They are just money hungry and don't care who they rob.I don't recommend them.Why chat so you can tell me lies .90 dollars for a few times is robbery. And a 50 dollar annual fee for it being non annual is also.

This place is just a great example of a small gym with few frills. You don't overpay for things you don't need or use. They had a small attentive staff that was super friendly and work closely with the smoothie shop next door. This is a great pace to learn the basics of working out or a simple place to just go and get business done if you know what you are doing and just need to get the time in. Bring your own water bottle and don't plan to take a shower. Thanks for letting us pop in on our way through while traveling!
