The staff were amazing. I explained exactly what I wanted and I left with a purchase that is the perfect fit for me. I wasn’t pressured to purchase anything else and they patiently walked the showroom floor back and forth with me as I tried out the different chairs (some multiple times).

I found a Dresser on the website that I wanted so I texted the store last night to check on the availability. This morning, Nathaniel texted to say it would be 2 to 4 weeks and If I would like to have him order it. I agreed and amazingly one of the dressers that I wanted showed up in the warehouse. It will be delivered October 10th! I can hardly wait.

Chris did a fantastic job listening to what we wanted and our concerns. He pointed us in the right direction, noticed how we were doing, made suggestions for best use and cost savings. While the store did not have the glider I wanted, I'm thrilled with the recliners we purchased AND Chris called the day we were shopping with the great news that delivery will be earlier than expected. The service was great, he was very knowledgeable about a variety of products and I felt no pressure. He listened and took care of our needs.

Jordan R. Made the process really easy and kind of fun. I don’t feel like he was trying to upsell me to death (If he did, he is a smooth operator because I could not tell) The process went super smooth, Once I get the bed and go through the process of delivery and set up, I will be back to update my review but so far I’m impressed!!
