Damien was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a lot of patience as I tried about every bed. Had sleep number before and like it. Really going to love this one. I have problems with my shoulders and this one is perfect. Thank you. Got a mattress pad and sheets also.

Beware they will tell you if you return your bed the only money you out is $250. That is not true. The bed frame is not returnable.

I hope the hype about these ridiculously expensive beds are true. The salesman was extremely nice and helpful. Will know more when out new sleep number bed is delivered

Worst experience we have ever had. If I could leave zero stars I would. We went to the Sleep Number store in White Oaks mall the end of November to take advantage of their black Friday ad. We bought a $5000 bed and it was to be delivered 12/29/2021. The day before delivery We get a text telling us they would be here between 10 and 2 and to be sure to have our old bed taken down and everything out of the way. We'll the big day arrives we move the mattress and box springs out in our living room I'm taking the bed apart 9 o'clock rolls around and my wife receives a call from Sleep Number and all the girl tells her is that there was an emergency and we would have to wait another month. I contacted Sleep Number customer service and they could not tell me why it was postponed. I contacted the store where we bought it but no one would respond. Then after I posted a negative review online I finally got someone to respond. We canceled the order and no one seemed to care. We took the sheets back to the store and no one cared. But post a negative review then they want to work with you and make things right. No thanks avoid Sleep number at all cost.

Professional, pleasant and helpful in choosing a sleep number bed. However, after paying a large amount for a needed bed, I will need to wait a month to receive the product.
