The thermostat went out in my dryer, so I contacted Sky Appliances. I left a message and the owner got back to me right away. Within 48 hours, my dryer was as good as new! I really appreciate the prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional service.

Bought a washer machine at Sky appliances tried to do my first load of laundry. The machine basket is wobbly and didn't spin my clothes. Called ower, and he told me I overloaded it and said I broke the spring on the washer machine. My husband called and asked for money back, and he started yelling and told him no refunds. Telling my husband that he would come talk to him man to man in a threatening manner, yelling and screaming on the phone over a machine we just bought yesterday and only washed one load of clothes!!!!! This man is beyond unprofessional and wouldn't do any business with him. Now I'm out of 280.00 and have to buy a new washer machine. I will never buy anything used again! This is supposed to have a 30-day warranty. My husband and I work too hard for our money just to give it away to someone to be ripped off!!!

The business owner who sold me the washer and dryer was knowledgeable and friendly. Steve and his son Colin installed my new washer and dryer and kindly explained the hookups, even using extra long hosing to make them work in my basement. They worked with me to reschedule when I couldn’t make my initial install appointment and had great availability. Prices were very reasonable and I love my washer and dryer so far. Good place and good prices. The owner even got back to me and helped me figure out what I needed to replace to fix my own washing machine with no charge. That’s the kind of company I can support and recommend. ??

Bought a washing machine that was over priced according to another service technician I had to call when Lonnie continuously made excuses as to why he couldn't keep his appts we had made. 3 different times in the stretch of 3 different weeks of their 30 day warranty. When it was obvious he wasn't coming to repair the washer I had to get someone else to look at it. Lonnie stated it was the hoses leaking when in fact it was a seal. $300 repair with a $15 part. Cost as much as the washer itself. If I'd have known that I would have gotten a brand new one for that price and not had to worry with the aggravation of trying to get the one fixed. Now on top of that we have to replace the floor from the washing machine leaking and warping the wood under it. Smh. If I'd have wanted this much trouble I'd have bought one off of market place for $100 to deal with and not had to deal with his rudeness when replying to my concerns. Looks like the big box store prices aren't so bad after all.

They offer quality appliance at a fair price. I purchased a washer and dryer set. The delivery was on time and the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly.
