Samaria was EXTREMELY helpful to my friend and I. Her scanner wasn't working, yet she took us to another register and rang up everything and bagged it for us. That girl is an asset to County Market.

I would not recommend ordering a cake from the S. Dirksen location in Springfield, IL. I ordered my mom a birthday cake for her 60th birthday on aThursday. It was picked on that Saturday. The cake was extremely dry. The guest even complained about it. So the next day, I called to see what can be done about. I was told to call the next day and ask to speak with Cindy. So I did. Cindy became very rude and hostile over the phone. She said the cake was not stale and she wasn't going to give me a refund. So I asked to speak with her manager. She yelled through the phone and told me to call him myself and hung up. So I did and left a message for the manager to call. She must've talked to her manager because she called back and said that he said to bring the cake in with the receipt and they'll refund me my money. I told her that they could just give me another cake. She once again got hostile and said she wasn't giving me another cake. She is so unprofessional. This County Market location is so ghetto. And I'll never spend my money there again. The only reason I went there to order my mom's cake was because the location was convenient. I never go in there for no other reason. I'll just stick to one of the other locations.

Nice clean store with a large variety of products which are cheaper than other grocery stores in the area. Unfortunately, you cannot order off their website.

I couldn’t select what my actual issue is. Last night, 1/11/22, I was in check out line number 1 near the self checkout and the guy watching the self checkout was coughing all over the place. He already wasn’t wearing his mask properly and then he pulled it down while he was coughing his lungs up everywhere. This disgusting behavior is unacceptable and it’s unfair to his fellow coworkers and your customers who don’t want to get sick. Please instruct him to wear his mask properly and not to pull it down while he’s coughing. Not using. It properly defeats the purpose of wearing it.
