I prepaid twice and the pump never activated and I never got gas. Clerk was useless, just muttered unintelligible answers when I asked for a receipt showing that my prepay was refunded. Refused to provide receipt.

Very strange cashier, I dont recommend this shell station.I politely asked the cashier on duty about a coupon and her response to the question was shocking - the cashier told me she was using her right to refuse service and I was asked to leave - I asked why I was being refused and then told she would call the police if I did not leave - very very odd behavior.This made no sense at all - she had no nametag, no manager on site, so I went across the street to the other gas station.

Left the interstate for a tank of gas and had to go elsewhere instead. Management needs to reassign the miserably angry lady working tonight.

They expect you to prepay or pay the pump which is fine, but wont provide you with a receipt at the pump. This has been a ongoing problem for at least a year or so. The staff told me that corporate doesn't care and wont fix the problem and you can tell they are frustrated as well. I have called the owner gpm investments several times and no one ever replies. I stopped going there and tried it again today and it's still not fixed.

Getting in and out of this place is tough... Franchise owner needs to take better care of the place. The pumps never seem to have reicept paper do you have to go in and wait in line with everyone else anyway. If you are coming in off the highway there are better exits to get gas.

I've gotten gas here for over 25 years. It has really gone down hill lately. Pumps bagged as out of service, keypads so filthy and worn you have to guess at what numbers you are putting in. Windshield wash buckets empty, or an inch of dirty water or missing the squeegee altogether. Paper towels empty. Receipts don't print out, requiring you to go in. Had ALL these things happen in one visit tonight !

Not very clean, never any paper at the pumps, however the gas is sometimes cheaper than most other stations in town.

Had no issues pumping gas. Quick, easy, and convenient. Paid outside and the machines worked fine when I was there.

I live just outside of Springfield and have a gas card with Shell. I have to visit weekly for gas... And unfortunately this is the closest one to me. The service is terrible!!! There is never clean windshield fluid, paper towels, or receipt paper which forces me to come inside and wait on an attendant to decide when they want to come out from the back just to have an attitude and be rude. Their signs never work and the pumps areas are always dirty. I will not be returning!!
