Modern pumps feature top tier Shell fuel at competitive price (for Illinois). Convenience store provides staple snacks and cold beverages. Quick in and out...very nice.

The guy that runs this store is my favorite person in the world. I’ve only had a couple of fleeting conversations with him but he always makes my day. He’s such a sweetheart, so helpful, and genuinely kind. I’m so lucky to have met a person like him in this lifetime.

Stopped in to use the washroom and bought some snack. We were the only nonwhite people inside. During checkout, the cashier was standing up and close to the counter when attending the white customers in front of us. When he got to us, he backed up and sat down and was barely able to reach to scan our item. When we left, he stood back up and close to the counter to attend the white customers behind us. We moved out of country to take a job overseas and in the process of selling our home some minor plumbing repairs were needed. A couple toilets were loose and needed to be "tightened" so we had Snell do the work. Well the purchaser had a re-inspection and it was discovered that one toilet was still loose so I called snell to fix it again. So I get another bill for almost $100 to fix the loose toilet....even though it should have been fixed right the first time. Called to complain about the additional charge and was told that I would have to speak to the manager. Let my contact information since the manager wasn't there and never heard back from Snell. Don't use this company, they will rip you off!

Pumps shut off about every 30 seconds, didn't even finish filling up my tank here. Pumps also don't take credit cards, have to use debit or waste time walking inside to pay. Rude cashier.

Stopped around 145 am for gas after 15 hours of driving from Houston TX. Went inside to quickly use the bathroom and was rudely told by the man working (in a very monotone and rude tone) that the registers were closed and he could not sell me anything. I explained that we were filling up outside and just using the bathroom. Rudest gas station attendant I've ever encountered in my life. I won't make the mistake of spending my money here again.

The pumps never give a receipt, when you ask.for a receipt the pump displays a message saying the clerk has the receipt. We mentioned to the clerk that the pumps never seemed to print the receipt and they said it was set up that way on purpose. It makes me not want to go back.

Wow what a location! Surprise!!! gas stations have real alcohol here! I mean rum, vodka, whisky, etc! Not just wine and beer... however this location has a huge selection of beer and one heck of a huge walk in beer cave as well! It is so nice to be back in civilization. There were so many cool things here... real soft serve ice cream dispensers, a milk shake blender station, a pretty good candy selection, bunches of snacks and regular type drink selections. They are stocked here! They also have a pizzas and sub restaurant inside too. The price of gas here was on par with other local locations. The pumps were fast and there were lots of them. The service here was great too. Truly a great find... I wish more gas station stops were like this one!
