Awful management. Day Staff facilitated drop off of deceased friends items for review. When we dropped off items, staff said they would call when review was complete. They called 15 min prior to closing & I asked if it would be ok if we picked up the returns on Monday & I gave them all the account info they requested. Since they were closed Sunday, they said no problem, no rush & contract could be signed Monday upon pickup. They said they kept a basket of clothes to sell. When we got home, the store manager called after hours. (She was not there when we dropped off. ) She asked us to come pick up the clothes now. We returned to find all of items out on the curb. She came out to accuse us of not following rules we had never heard of. She claimed we violated rules by not waiting 10 minutes for clothes review & didn’t sign the contract yet so they weren’t going to keep any items. Neither ‘rule’ was ever mentioned at drop off. She threw her staff & customers under the bus & did not back up staff on all the things we coordinated with them. She decided to punish the customer instead. Never seen anything like it. She should not manage a business or people

Manager makes up rules that her employees are unaware of & then punishes customers because her employees didn't know 'the rules'. Just Awful. Get a new manager. Awful person who does not inform staff of her rules & punishes customers who are also unaware of those ‘rules’. I do not recommend.

While they may have a lot of good items for sale, the racks are so cram packed that it’s impossible to look through them. Who knows what all I may have purchased, just didn’t have the patience to try. Have had great success there in the past, but not yesterday.

I enjoy the items the shop offers (it completely varies on what they accept based on who is working - sometimes they will take stuff I didn't think they would be interested in and refuse new w/tag name brand items). I have to agree with some of the other reviewers about the friendliness. It varies a lot (some of the teens that work there are snooty) - if you can find out when the owner is there, she is great.

The young girl working here is such a fabulous, stylish, sweet girl… Very unique, cute finds and super clean… It all made for a very fun experience… I highly recommend this place!! You will certainly find what you’re looking for, and most likely a lot more than that haha ? it’s great for a girls shopping spree!! All sizes complete with shoes purses jewelry hats the works
