Went to purchase firearm and waited 15 minutes for someone in the section to offer some level of assistance. All were sitting in back and I finally left without service. Like the store and this was my first bad experience. Disappointing.

My favorite place to purchase sporting equipment and clothing items. Their restaurant has really good food, coffee and sweets are delicious. Great for a quick purchase, or to spend hours roaming around.

My husband and I came in to purchase an Airsoft gernade launcher for our sons birthday. We were having a hard time figuring out if it would work with our sons gun and Braden offered to help. He went above and beyond any expectations. He wouldn't give up and even went in the back where he had screwdrivers to get it to work. He came out a few minutes later and let us know it would work. In fact he made the adjustments at the store so we wouldn't have to. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!!!

Nice store. Only 2nd time there. My husband is a sportsman me not so much. He found some things that we don't have in stores where we live in Southern Illinois. Lots of things to look at while he was looking for his things. Employees very friendly.

A big thank you to the Scheel’s Bike Shop especially Alex. I bought a Trek bike recently and it’s been having some issues but your bike shop staff has done a great job of resolving the problems. From what I have seen, Scheels and their staff really stand behind the products they sell.

So refreshing to have kind, attentive and readily available customer service. It seems to be fading in our country. Really appreciate the friendly help I received at the Scheels store. It’s a huge, clean, bright and aesthetically appealing space. Such great selection at all price points. Ended up buying way more than I anticipated but have no regrets as I am well pleased with the quality of all my purchases. Im a new Scheels customer and will be gladly returning to the store next time I’m in Springfield and shopping online in the meantime.

Brought back a co2 pistol. Was very rudely asked if I put the mag in the right way? Made me question myself. It slid in and out fine. He said put it in right and I should be fine...Brought it home and 1st time I shoot it, it won't release the mag!! And just so ya know, It won't even go in the wrong way, smartaleck! So now I have to take it back again!! This time I won't deal with a condescending child!

They have a ferris wheel and it is amazing! Everyone there is super nice and helpful. They even have some statues of G.W, Lincoln and Jefferson.

Yes, they have quality merchandise and helpful staff. However, they are the most expensive store for many products. I shop here when I can't get what I need anywhere else.
