The BEST experience I've ever had when shopping for...well....anything! The staff was very professional and helpful! We were in a bind to find a dryer quickly. Brad was who helped us find the perfect dryer for us! He was very patient with us and helped us find exactly what we needed and we got it the same night we bought it! I very highly recommend the store and Brad as well as the owner! Check them out!

Very poor customer service from this company, bought a high end dishwasher ( so they said) came to install on 7/24/23 installer didn’t install correctly, screwed through countertop, when this brand goes through the side, and then Sam’s wouldn’t admit error for 2 months, and still is not repaired correctly. ( I have all documents to back this up) I’m ready to contact attorney, this is ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this company for any purchases. I would love to get this item returned and get a refund.

I bought a $3500 wall oven in July, for a remodel happening in the fall. They said they had plenty in stock. My remodel is happening in October, now. I called October 5th and they said my appliances were set aside waiting for me to have them installed. On October 18th I went to pick up my oven and cooktop. They had sold my oven from under me. I had to accept a floor model oven, or wait until November 20th for a restock. They offered me $100 in compensation for taking a floor model unit, covered in fingerprints, and I don't even know if I got everything in the box.Don't trust these people.DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!I don't even know if my $3500 oven works. Unfortunate service after the sale. Entering week 3 of no wash machine as we continue to wait on a part for our brand new non-functioning wash machine. $50 in laundromat fees later and Sam's Best Brands will not stand behind the poor product they sold us. The salesman was good talking us out of the dependable brand we wanted...and now we are stuck.

I do not feel they deserve 1 star but there isn't an option for none!!!They delivered to my home a $3,900.00 refrigerator that did not work! the ice maker does not work properly and the inside lights of fridge stay on 24/7!!! When I contacted Sams the response was we will send someone out to repair it. i was not in agreement with this because it NEVER worked therefore they brought me a broken refrigerator. after many phone calls etc I agreed to let there service people come THREE different times with THREE different parts. Now SAMS say I have to allow another company to look at!! NOPE WONT HAPPEN. shame on SAMS BEST BRAND. You do not back your appliances!!!! I will be contacting the BBB and my attorney about this matter. NEVER SHOP SAMS BEST BRANDS!!!!They take advantage of their customers and offer nothing but EXCUSES!!!!

I had a great experience from the initial purchase all the way down to the delivery guys,Reed and Jason, installing my new fridge in a very tight area. More importantly though, I had an issue with the ice maker after the sale and called regarding this issue. It was resolved with easily with one phone call. They were there for me when I had an after the sale which is the best customer service you can have. Will be a repeat customer

Purchased three new appliances. Got a great deal. Installers arrived on time and knew what they were doing. Had a couple of unforeseen issues that were handled promptly and professionally.We will continue buying from Sam’s Best Brands Plus.

I went here for a mattress because it was locally owned. I was able to get a mattress that was made locally. It was delivered on time and is very comfortable. I have been sleeping on the mattress for about a week so far and love it. I would recommend this company and know you will get a great experience.

I giving them really a 0 but that was not a choice! I love my washer and dryer! Just bought the pair and the sales person we dealt with couldn't have cared less! When delivered and hooked up exhaust outlet was faulty on the dryer called next day and wanted my husband to bend it to the correct size it measured 4 1/4 and it should have been 4 inches! Paid full price same day! He acted like l didn't know what l was talking about! So my husband called stilled wanted him to crimp it himself no offer for exchange just arguing with us! Finally called service people they were wonderful thank you CHAMBERS! I wouldn't buy a screw from them cause they would just screw you over! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER SALE!
