Ordered products that didn't come and had to cancel an evening color client.... Ordered Monday won't get those products now until Friday that were supposed to be here Wednesday and got zero compensation for any of it. Won't trust to order from here again

Cheaper than CosmoProf but not as good a selection and always closes 10 minutes before official closing time. Called and the girl still answered the phone and gave an excuse as to why the door was locked. Yes I came at the last minute for an emergency but this is not how you do business. It doesn't matter if you want to go home earlier, U need to stay the whole shift!
