While upon entering here, I do love Ross for cheap deals they have on great clothes, however the customer service is definitely not fine. I saw multiple customers clearly trying to check out, I wasn’t sure who was working there or not because of how many people were behind the counter and the worker walking off multiple times while assisting customers trying to talk to his co-workers. Apart from that, great store! So I would rate the store, 7.5/10! Could work on customer service.

Would be a great store but it constantly smells like weed to an overwhelming degree. I do not know how anyone shops in there longer than 30 seconds.

Reminds me a lot of Burlington. Purses and shoes are a bit more expensive at Ross. Still fun finding deals. Love their home deco selection.

They just don't have great inventory is all. The cashier, however, was kind enough to help me bring out my purchases. I was extremely grateful for that.

Ross is usually one of my favorite stores for bargains and a nice selection. Stopped by this store today and it was not a very nice shopping experience. The place is a disorganized disaster. Every row has clothing on the floors, stuff dangling from hangers and draped over the racks. Other departments were similar. The 3 employees all seemed nice enough.
