worse. never go here. It's been more than a year and my title hasn't been transferred to my name. They aren't picking up my calls anymore. Filed a complaint against them with all the consumer protection forums.

Worst car dealership in Springfield, They are part of the Auto Mall Of Springfield. They have over 90 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. They have a 1 star rating with the BBB. Look up and read the reviews with the BBB. They commit car dealership fraud, they will tack on non disclosed add ons to your loan and they have horrible customer service so if you do have a problem with your car they will hang up on you and not answer your calls. Also look up the Auto Mall of Springfield and read their reviews. If you buy a car from them you will end up regretting it.

Got a car from them on loan. The loan is paid off but still have not received the title. We have been calling and leaving voice mails but no response.

Drove 7 hours to buy a pickup. Upon arriving, we sat in an empty lobby for 45 minutes waiting for service. Then they tried to lowball me on my trade in after already having the deal in writing. Sales man would randomly disappear for twenty minutes at a time. Then they over estimated the tax and title fees. Have been calling for months to get the surplus amount sent to me and they conveniently have no idea what I’m talking about. On top of all that, recently I was in the process of trading in the pickup and come to find out the truck was in three accidents that were never disclosed. Absolutely would not recommend this dump

Wish i could give negative reviews. I assure you off Eddies mouth is moving its a lie. Numerous texts, bill of sale that he doctored up with fees and trade in amount. Run as far as possible from this stealership. Biggest crooks I’ve ever met and I’ve met some big ones. Can’t believe they’re still in business. Can’t wait for the day to come to meet their match and do time for all the innocent ppl they’ve screwed over. Look at all the negative reviews on here, yelp, bbb for just beginners. CROOKS!!!!!!

Save yourself, and NEVER purchase from this dealership. They will fraud, scam do WHATEVER the possibly can just to get money out of you. I’ve been battling this dealership for what’s been over a year now, and they have not answered me NOR the Attorney General of Illinois, the better business bureau NO ONE. I currently have a legal case against them, save your self, read the reviews and take them VERY seriously. They aren’t just bitter customers, they’re customers that have been through hell and back because of this company. They KNOW what they do, and they’re completely okay with it. This business simply needs shut down, and for the ones who’re just like me and have not stopped until justice has been served, I applaud you because I also Infact will NOT stop until they’re held accountable for their mistakes. And they WILL pay for every wrong doing. What they do is a crime, and they’re fully aware and okay running a business that way. RUN

My advice, "AVOID THEM!"*-Last update: GRAND TOTAL $10,000.00. We spent another $9000.00 fixing the truck & finally got our truck out of the diesel shop Nov 17, 23.*-Update 5/24/23We have spent $1K OOP fixing things found wrong with the truck. It has been to a GMC dealership garage several times. To date we have lost 4 weeks use of truck. It is currently sitting in a Diesel Mechanic shop.*-Bought a 2016 GMC Denali March 11th 2023. Truck ran great when test drove. (We did look under the hood, the def fill is there.) We bought it with a extended warranty and brought it home. One week later the check engine light is on, we took the truck to be serviced. It is a OLD code that had been reset. Check engine light is due to something with it being "tuned & deleted". This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. We called Rehan's today for previous owner info because the dealership garage here needs to know what kind of tune/delete was done. Guy at Rehan's states they have no way to get that info, but he suggests we have it retuned at our cost (Aprox. $500.00 he says), & refuses to assist with that cost even though they did not disclose any info that it had been tuned/deleted because in this guy's EXACT words "consumer's know when they buy a truck if i has been tuned/deleted by how it sounds". (Well this consumer did not)

I bought a 2012 Chevy Traverse from here in October of last year and has been worst decision I have ever made. Literally the moment it rolled off the lot the check engine light came on and it has nonstop problems ever since.

Be careful what you buy.... I bought an f250 from them and have had to put 7k into it with in 4 months of owning it and was quoted another 7-12k for another issue that came up. They truck test drove well and ran good just long enough to clear their 2 week warranty, I was actually given a 30 day warranty but when I called to ask what was covered I never could get a call back.

Drove 6 1/2 hours to buy a car, only to discover the online pictures hid the fact that one door was damaged and rusting from the inside. Also a large tear in the driver's seat was only shown at an extreme angle so as to appear quite small. Then, when trying to buy the car, anyway, the dealership added on several thousand dollars of extra fees, saying, "we have to do it this way." An $11,000 car ended up at $16,000. When we left the dealership, we received 3 phone calls. First was that they needed a decision because someone else was interested, and we told them to sell it. The second we ignored. The third was, "You drove 7 hours to get here and aren't going to buy it." Nope, I'm not going to be cheated or goaded. Had a quality 13 hours with my son, and a nice overnight stay in Springfield, but let the buyer beware.
