I went in to look for a comfortable boot for work and within 15 minutes I had a pair that fit perfectly and were very comfortable. The guy that helped me did the measurements on my feet and only showed me the boots that fit the work load that I described to him. I will definitely be back in the future for all my business.

Service was below par. I ordered boots in store Saturday. I was told my boots would be to me within 3 to 4 days I called for tracking numbers couldn’t get a tracking number. I was hung up cussed and lied to by three individuals at the store for trying to track down a pair of $300 boots I purchased the boots are great the customer service and the employees need better training or different jobs by far the worst in-store experience ever I would highly not recommend this store until new employees are brought in

Redwing boots are excellent boots in my opinion the issue I have is if I spend 400 dollars in a pair of boots and then spend $50 to have tough toe put on them it better be done properly. When I got mine back the toes didn't match not even close one barely covered the worn spot not to mention it was very crooked. When I showed him a picture of how it should look he laughed at me. I'm not sure if I will buy Redwing again after this.

Awesome!! Andrew was very helpful. Answered all of my questions and helped me oiling my boots and buying new ones. I enjoy my visits going into the store!!
