I showed up without an appointment and got in the wrong line ? but despite all of this they were still friendly and helpful. Side note, you need to make an appointment for an oil change unless you go on a Saturday. Oil change service with tire rotation was 40 cheaper then the quick lube places with a coupon.

Horrible service!!!!!! Phone rings and rings. When service is done, I always seem to have an issue. Appears to be high turn over rate amongst employees. Have had so many issues with this dealership and service, I’d avoid this place like the plague, and I’m a lifelong Ford guy.
