The reviews made me a little nervous about going here but I had a great experience. Had to go in for life insurance to get bloodwork and it was clean, staff was incredibly friendly, and I was in and out in 15 min.

I arrived at 7:05 as a walk-in and was taken back for annual employee drug screen. MARGO was exceptionally kind, polite, professional, knowledgeable and fast. The whole process couldn't have gone any better, i was in and out in plenty of time for my shift. Easy self check-in stand, and the patient's first name and last initial was displayed on a TV screen indicating where he/she was in queue. The only negative I might say is limited hours of operation with a 1 hour closure for lunch which might be problematic for some.

My doctor sent me over just to pick something up at 11:55. I was yelled at and told you leave because their lunch was from 12-1. Then, I returned back at 1:30 to no one being at the reception desk and multiple people waiting to be helped. There was no bell to ring or any way to get their attention, however I heard them all complaining in the back. Finally, someone came out after 20 minutes and rolled their eyes and huffed at me after I told them what I needed to pick up. Lady was very rude. Please look into restaffing or setting new expectations for your employees.

Don't even waste your time coming here. I made an appointment online and wasn't given any confirmation so I went in to confirm and couldn't even get a person to help me. It's all automated, even on the phone. There's never anybody at the front desk. The only people that work here work in the back and they couldn't have a single care in the world. I'm on a strict time limit with my job and this has completely ruined things for me! Quest Diagnostics is a pathetic company.

Pretty quick if you make an appointment online, staff was very friendly. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had getting test done.

I have to do everything myself. At this point why not just make a machine that takes my samlple and eliminate this whole waste of time. These people are extremely inconsiderate of the individuals time. The automated phone service is equally frustrating and time consuming. Great reflection of the "system"

The fact that I cannot get a human being on the phone during regular business hours to ask a question not answered by the automated system is ridiculous. Even when I navigate through the automated system to the point where I can SUPPOSEDLY speak to a person by pressing 6, I get yet another recorded message directing me to go to the website for further information. Completely useless and absolutely maddening!

These are crooks that work here, wouldn't trust them doing any test on me, the staff hides in the back chatting away, pretending like their actually working....

Not impressed! The technician who worked with me was both unsanitary and unprofessional. She handled my drivers license and typed on her keyboard in the same gloves she'd handled my urine sample in, and kept addressing me as "honey" and "dear." Ugh.

Horrible experience. Had to give some of my hair for a pre employment drug screening and this is how the lady cut my hair. As you can see, I basically have a bald spot on the back of my head. It is extremely noticeable. She needed 100 strands, not 500.

Awful experience. Billing dept. and customer service is an absolute nightmare. I spent almost $800 and they “cannot locate my account.” I spoke with four different customer services reps & one online chat and the latest, Lucinda, stated “you can Google it.” The call almost always mysteriously drops and I’ll have to call back, follow all the prompts and start over with someone new who refuses to help me. I will not use Quest in the future.

I had been in Quest Diagnostic of Robinston Rd location, more than ten times in the last six months. I really like the employees in this location, Specially Mage with a beautiful and positive attitude always making me smile. Mage if you see this, You are awesome and keep being you. Thank you

Feb. 9-21 Had blood work done for my annual checkup. Jenifer was nice ,friendly and helpful. In and out about 10 minutes .
