Nikki (I don’t know how she spells her name) is a nasty, unprofessional, & rude individual. Personally I’m not going to argue with someone who sounds like their grammar is at a 3rd grade level. But just know if you call and ask why there’s a $200 charge on your card because you only bought $20 in gas, she will yell at you because she is bold on the phone. Really disappointing to see this gas station have such lowly and unprofessional management being as how I grew up right behind it and it used to have an amazing team. Very sad that one individual with a nasty attitude ruins it for everyone. Her unprofessional and nasty attitude is a reflection of this establishment. Have the day you deserve though miss girlLet’s em make it clear this review is for Nikki and Nikki only.

Went here tonight @ 8:30 and saw a sign on the door to come back in 30 min. A guy then yelled from his car that he was on his break for 30 minutes. Never saw this sort of thing before at a busy convenience store in a major city. The guy finally got out of his car to confront me about taking a picture of the sign on the door. Definitely felt threatened by his behavior. Not good.

BEWARE!!!!!! I stopped here to buy gas on a thursday. They put a $224.00 hold on my cc card, a hold fee PLUS the amount of the gas. When I got the alert 10 seconds after I swiped, I called inside to gas station. They said it wasn't them but the bank. I have a reputable bank, which I called. They explained to me it was this gas station. I waited 3 days, and kept calling bank and gas station. Gas station would not release the hold. On the third day, they also put a separate charge through for the gas. So they had $250.00 of MY MONEY tied up for this little rinky dink station. There is a notice on pump that they will put a hold, but NOWHERE does it mention $200.00 plus putting through a separate charge for the gas. This is right off of I55, so I would suggest using the Circle K as they only charge the amount you spend on gas. I CANNOT WARN DRIVERS loud enough. If you need access to your money DO NOT FUEL HERE! When you call they have no problem lying to angry drivers that it is the bank and not them holding your money.

This Qik n Ez is what I consider to be in the best location to stop when interstate driving. What I mean by that is you make a right off the exit, make a right into the gas station and then can get right back on the ramp to keep heading in the direction you were going. If you're heading north on I55 and happen to pull off at this exit that's what you'll find here! You can easily and quickly get in and out of this gas station and get right back on the Interstate and keep heading north. My mom lives a couple miles away so I was using this spot to pick up beer and yes they do have a freezing cold beer cave with tons of beer, and seltzers. Gas stations in IL can also sell liquor which is a nice convenience that we don't have down south and I made sure to take advantage of during this visit.

Clean and well lit gas pumps with plenty of room to move. Fuel prices for my diesel truck was .50 cents per gallon cheaper the just across interstate 55. As I needed a 30 gallon fill that was 15.00 Less!!!Sorry but I can't afford the big oil companies.

I haven’t been to this station, but I’m leaving this review here just for their big price undercuts!Recently, I’ve noticed their prices have undercut the competition by up to $0.40, making the drive down to this area worth it. It also makes their competitor (Circle K) across the street start a gas war. This is great for the consumers.Whether the competition is friendly or fierce, us residents are loving it!While Circle K has been getting my business, I have to give some credit to this location for starting low gas prices.

Can be crowded to get to the pumps, especially now that their gas is SO much cheaper ($2.80 gal.) than almost every other station in the city.

I work close by and stop by there frequently. Every single time the staff is rude and never shows any emotion. I always think about taking my business across the street to circle k. Everytime I leave this business I always wonder why I even came back.

It's a large, well-lighted gas station that also carries e85 (for flex fuel vehicles) and e15. Its one of the last gas stations to have it as you go south from Springfield. Great location. Seems very safe.

Simplicity at its best and a great place to grab small things on the rush.

The manager Lourie was very rude to my friends and I We were visiting town and she had a really bad attitude and started problems that didn't need to evolve. The cashier she rang under was Britta VanMock..... what higher power can I go to????

Cashier had a major ,impatient attitude. Rolled her eyes and continued to.smirk at me,even after her manager pulled her aside. She misheard my gas pump number, despite giving it to her twice. She argued with me about it and gave me attitude. I know retail and retail management and I was fine with the mistake until her eye rolling and smirks. The manager didnt do anything but pull her aside and tell me this was not the first complaint about her attitude. We do a lot of business there but will go elsewhere now

I trade here all the time. They do not charge at the pump and the inside is always clean and well stocked. The clerks fun and friendly, just what you need waking up in the AM. The Beer Cave is awesome and well stocked and where I pickup things for an impromptu party.
