Absolutely sick! I had come in recently to get a PC in return for an aging laptop, and although with mistakes that were on me, Todd was more than helpful in not only understanding what was up but also just generally being a solid shopkeep.I don't have much to follow this with, but I mean all of it -- my visits here have been sick, and I'm certainly coming back in the future!

PC Electronics brought my iMac back to life! From the time I showed up and we fired it up, showing how unbearably slow it had become, to the time I went in looking to buy a new PC and was showed my previously thought unsavable mac was now working (which cost far less than we had initially thought to restore), I was shown nothing but kindness. It's clear that this store operates on a completely customer-service driven model. I will definitely be going back!

Great, friendly, and fast service. Todd the technician who serviced my desktop computer had my tower back to me by the next day and it worked better than ever. I kept getting the blue screen that said Automatic Repair, I thought my computer was considered junk but he proved me wrong. Thank You Todd for the work you put into my computer I haven't seen service this professional since before Covid.

Todd is awesome! I brought in my laptop on Friday and he had it done that afternoon. He was transparent with the cost estimate and what exactly he had to fix with my laptop. He also gave me tips on keeping my laptop in good condition so I wouldn't need to fix it again. I really trust Todd with my things and recommended him to all my family.

This is the best repair service in Springfield. I accidentally spilled a whole cup of coffee on my MacBook and they were able to save it without any damage! I was very impressed. They are very fast and professional, I definitely recommend this place!
