I got my car from them and they were very accommodating. There was just a couple minor things mentioned and they were happy to take care of them. They kept the car on hold until I got my loan and that was a couple days. I would recommend them to purchase a car

UPDATE / it now appears that it will take much more than $1,000 to make this car road worthy. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. My husband purchased a truck from Parkway and he was pleased with this company. Because of this I returned the following week to purchase a car for my godson - all cash no finance. We purchased a 2006 PT Cruiser which we were assured had just come in and was in good mechanical condition. Not long after, he noticed a wobble in the front end. He took it to our mechanic who informed us the axle was broken and that the car should never have been sold in this condition. A second mechanic also recommended the car be returned to the dealer as it should never have been sold in such an unsafe condition. Parkway, after being contacted regarding this severe mechanical failure, has been very evasive and less than helpful. As it stands, to get this car back on the road it will cost me close to another $1,000.00 out of my own pocket. I am not a happy consumer. And have learned my lesson. I will definitely avoid PARKWAY MOTORS in the future. I feel bad because I actually liked the people I dealt with.

One of the worst dealerships to deal with stay away from this place, they will sell you a car that is not road safe.

They used to have reliable cars years ago but this year they sold us a lemon we just got a truck in may or June 2023 we had to repair a couple of things but now the head gasket is blown and nobody will touch it cause it’s an 2003 for having it only 3 months and only driving it back and forth to work this vehicle had a lot of major issues now we are out over $8000

This place does not even deserve 1 star. I purchased vehicle in May 2023. They did not turn in paperwork until June 26.I asked that my battery from trade in be put in my purchase, which would have fit perfectly, was told it no. It was a brand new battery. What a rip off.I was also charged about 3,000 more than I should have. Been. Do not deal with these people

Bought a car from them so my boyfriend had a vehicle for school and work. It was in the shop with Parkway's mechanic 3 times in the first month. After that the radiator had to be replaced and it is still overheating. They would not negotiate prices on any vehicles and the one we bought was our only options to keep my boyfriend from getting kicked out of school. It has been a nightmare and we don't what will break next. The only thing we got from parkway when they had it in the shop 3 times in 3 weeks was "be patient"

Bad all around dealer. Looked at vehicle priced $xx,995. Said they would take $995 off. Asked for carfax. Had excuses why they didn’t have one. Went back a couple days later and was told price was now $500 more. Told me I misunderstood before. Salesman NOT friendly at all. After reading all the bad reviews, have to wonder how they stay in business. I won’t be back EVER.
