Super helpful staff. Was looking at buying my daughter a car and stopped here because the check engine light came on during a test drive. Staff was super helpful and looked up the codes and cost of parts for me. Great place.

Got immediate help finding the part, and they even put it on my car! This was especially nice because my husband recently suffered a stroke and couldn't do it himself. Since I know zippo about cars except to drive, what an absolute relief this was! I think they are TERRIFIC!

You guys need to hire some experienced auto people who know more than how to push buttons on the computer! very disappointing most of the time!So many things that have to be ordered in and not carried in the store!This comes from a 72 year old man who started in the auto parts business when he was 14,,, I don't think that your executives and policymakers realize how frustrating O'reilly has become in the last 5-10 years!!!

I know nothing about cars so walking in here is always nerve racking… I wasn’t sure if they were able to assist me with putting fluid in my car (didn’t know where it went and didn’t have the time to watch a YouTube video) and when the cashier asked the manager (assuming that’s who she was) she immediately just said “No” without an explanation as to why or a policy reasoning. A simple “I’m sorry but we unfortunately can’t assist with that because of x,y,&z” would’ve been cool :) was able to find what I needed tho!

Some of the workers are a bit clueless. There is 1-2 employees there that actually know what they’re talking about. They need to hire more knowledgeable staff. Came to have a check engine light code read. Then the lady proceeded to argue with me over which engine was in my car. Which is a 4cyl, she refused and said it was a 6cyl which it is not.
