My husband went in to get new wiper blades. He asked if they would put them on. They said no. I know they have in the past. Not sure why they wouldn’t but it felt a little discriminatory. Left and went to another store. The NAPA person even told him to go there. Won’t go back here for anything in the future. Place down the street was much nicer and put the blades on!

Reeks of cigarette smoke upon entering...staff were not helpful and never acknowledged my existence in the store. Walked right back out after no help...there are plenty of autoparts stores in Springfield. I will not return.

Seem to always have what I need in stock. I typically use Rock Auto for a lot of my auto parts needs but the Springfield Napa stores are hard to beat for Auto, Ag, Industrial. They stock a lot of stuff and have it when you need it.

I can't say enough positive about the Wilkerson service center in Springfield Illinois it is a NAPA auto care center. we had car trouble in the Springfield area and not knowing where to go to get help we pull into the Wilkerson service center. They are competent efficient speedy clean courteous polite and the list goes on.. They squeezed us in as they were very busy that day.And a special thanks to Mitch the service writer he went above and beyond.

I would like to say how amazing was the person working today 6/6 at 12pm I'm sorry I didn't get his name because I was very stressed but we are out of town from Chicago and had car trouble. The person working today was very helpful and we are on our way now. Thank you so much!!
