Very unprofessional staff. After checking price of a needed part for my young daughter's car. One of the NAPA staff called the garage that was repairing her car and reported that I was at their store checking out the part. The owner of the shop called me and proceeded to chew me out. I called back to this store and asked the manager (Josh) why someone would call the garage owner. He denied it happened and hung up on me. I found a different shop with better morals. I am stunned with the unprofessional move of this NAPA employee and store manager.

Not a place one will want or enjoy working because of the ongoing issues. The training program is non existent. It's a choice whether an employee wants to put stock up or not. Which is okay I guess. Except for when I'm putting stock up and I'm told I am not loading enough items onto a roll cart. I pleaded that was an opinion and it should matter that the items get put where they belong. How they get there should not be of issue. But apparently it was. So for the first time in my life, I walked out of a shift. I didn't want to quit this job as I had just spent almost a hundred bucks on rain gear before the shift. But the miscommunication and inconsistencies in the way things are ran is the very reason the place is always hiring and can't keep drivers. This is to my personal experienceDave Dufner

Every time I come here I question why I ever go anywhere else. The guys that work here are always stand up and try to help out in every way they can. They know their stuff and Quickly find what you need and get you going with the parts that always fit! Always above and beyond!
