Had alternator for my tacoma brought in for service.They said needed new brushes and voltage regulator,would cost $70.00.I said fine.Picked up next day,put in truck,still malfunctioning,voltage all over the place,took back, tested by mike,says it's not showing any issues.Then I took to napa,tested,showed bad voltage regulator!Bought remanufactured alternator,truck runs great,no battery light. called back and all I got were excuses ,bad mouthed napa who actually diagnosed the problem they said they fixed,mike just wanted to argue instead of resolving the issue.Out $70.00 dollars dealing with them.They used to have a good reputation but now ,in my opinion,they cannot be trusted.Terrible customer service,incompetent,AVOID,or take a risk.
