Wanted to change Logo information on our businesses invoices, nothing big, just address and add commercial. We were told we had to pay a fee to resend it to the graphic designer, $35. No problem. But when we received the new invoices, they had only changed 1 thing on the logo not both things that were needing changed. When we called and asked Ron, he said we needed them in a hurry so he only had them change the address and we would have to pay AGAIN to have the designer change the other thing?!?! $70 in fees to add a street address and change “farm” to “commercial “... That doesn’t make any sense at all! Ron said “that wasn’t an expense he was going to eat”. Absolutely don’t recommend them after that!
