I recently visited the Marathon gas station, and I wanted to share my experience. While I was there, I encountered an employee who didn't seem very welcoming. I asked her about a particular item, but she explained that she couldn't sell it to me, citing it as her prerogative. It left me feeling a bit uncomfortable.I believe that good customer service is essential, and a friendly demeanor can make a significant difference in a customer's experience. I hope that the gas station can consider providing a more welcoming atmosphere for all customers, regardless of their background.Additionally, I purchased a phone charger, but unfortunately, it didn't work. I understand that sometimes these things happen, but it would be great if the store could ensure the quality of their products.I believe there is room for improvement, and I hope that my feedback can contribute to creating a better experience for everyone who visits the Marathon gas station in the future.
