Our long-standing relationship with LRS continues to be top-notch. As technology evolves so does LRS and they continue to meet our needs and wants. Our association has launched at least four LRS website redesigns with the latest one being the smoothest rollout ever. The site is already receiving great feedback from our members. LRS constructed a statewide website to provide K-12 students with the tools and resources they need to prevent self harm. The site also provides information to encourage students to help others. Throughout the development of the website, the staff of LRS were 100% focused on the needs of the customer to ensure the success of the project. I quickly learned the terms professionalism, dedication, follow through, and customer satisfaction were the traits of all the employee that worked on the project and most certainly represent the values of the organization.
