We ordered supplies for a fence, they come, great. We realize they sent us 2 different types of fence panels by accident I’m sure. We call- they say they’ll come pick them up and bring the correct ones. My fiance takes an entire day off work- 8 hours of PTO. They never come. I call at about 5:30 PM to see what’s happening- they say the delivery team went home for the day. I ask for a time and date for them to come, they say absolutely. Today was that day- we waiting about 3 hours, they never came. I went into the store and NO ONE knew what I was talking about and said their only delivery for the day went out already. I told them to just come get the wrong ones and we will get the correct size from somewhere else. I don’t recommend t getting large deliveries from this Lowe’s especially when Menards offers an 11% rebate and amazing customer service!

Can't ever find anything.. nothing is where it should be grouped together with... There's people working but no one knows a single thing about the department they are assigned to... Everything is unreasonably priced way too high... I'm poor and a single mom, I cannot fix the leak in my roof bc I can't afford your price gouging... Shameful...

I bought a new lawn mower online Saturday and picked it up on Sunday morning. Unpacked it out of the box and discovered that the mower had grass clippings all over it. They gave me a used mower when I bought a new one! I called the lawn and garden department and Todd told me he didn't have any idea how that happened. I think he is lying. I think he knows exactly how it happened.
