My family and I came to Ford to all get new vehicles and our experience was EXCELLENT!! Erik was our salesman and he was very laid back/not pushy at all, him and the rest of their team made what is usually a time consuming experience, enjoyable and fun! Plus they had hot dogs and hamburgers that day which is a win ^_^ if you’re looking for a new vehicle, Ford is the place to go!!

Bought a 2019 Toyota Camry from Landmark ford east in springfield il. The whole deal was worked out, and I went with my bank for financing, came back and brought the check in to give to finance manager. I had an issue with one thing that I noticed that I had signed off for a $300 theft protection program, which I did not need, so before handing him the check I asked to remove it because i dont need it. I was met by Jay Gaydosh. He began yelling if you don’t want to do the deal just forget it. We don’t have to do the deal. We already lost $1000 on this deal. He was extremely rude and I will never buy anything from this dealership again because of this man and I would encourage anyone else not to ever do business with him. The salesman and financial manager was great but this guy has no business here.

Purchased a used vehicle and the transaction was smooth and easy. However the cleaning/detail of the car was very poor. Whomever did the detail spent very little time on it. Probably wont purchase from landmark again due to this issue.

I have called the service department for 3 days straight multiple times a day. With it just to go to voicemail to leave a message and phone number that gets no reply. When you talk with secretary she just puts you into voicemail that does the same thing. Pretty crazy that a Ford dealership can't answer the phone unless it's the sale side. Ready to sell but not ready to servie...landmark east

For commercial vehicles this is the spot. We found one we wanted to see then two more quickly after and Eric had all 3 lined up for us to look at and drive right away. Next time I need a work vehicle or any for that matter I’ll reach out to Eric.

I have been a loyal customer at this service center since I purchased my Ford Vehicles in 2019. I have had both vehicles serviced as factory recommended for the last 5 years plus repairs at this service center only. I will never be back after my experience today. I waited two weeks for a service appointment to have my AC evaluated (I was willing to wait without issue). I dropped it off the night before the scheduled service date . I called during lunch to ask for an update and it wasn’t even taken back to the garage yet because a tech “got busy”. I called again at 4 pm and it still wasn’t in the garage yet. This was simply for a diagnostic evaluation not even to fix the problem. When I told them I’d just take it somewhere else they did not care.

Thought the place was Blue Certified to make sure everything worked. After buying the car I have had to put over $1,000 because I was told the front brakes would need changed in a few months took it to get brakes an was told I was lucky I made it their then had to have the car alineed plus 2 new front tires I would not be going back to get anything from them again
