Disappointing Service and Lack of Resolution I recently brought my RV to Landmark Ford Truck Service Center in hopes of getting my AC unit fixed. Unfortunately, my experience with their service was far from satisfactory. Upon their initial inspection, they informed me that my AC unit was low on Freon but not leaking. I trusted their expertise and paid the hefty $290 service charge, hoping that my AC would finally start blowing cool air again. However, to my dismay, the problem persisted even after their supposed repair. When I reached out to Landmark Ford Truck Service Center to request a reevaluation, they said they would look into my complaint and get back with to me with to do further diagnosis to determine the issue and come up with a resolution, to date I've not heard back from anyone regarding my complaint. This lack of willingness to rectify the situation left me feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. As a customer, I believe in giving businesses the opportunity to correct their mistakes. However, Landmark Ford Truck Service Center's unwillingness to address the ongoing issue with my RV's AC unit has left me with no choice but to seek assistance elsewhere. I expected better service and a resolution from a reputable service center like Landmark Ford Truck Service Center. Their failure to deliver on their promises has not only inconvenienced me but also left me out of pocket for a service that didn't yield any positive results. Based on my personal experience, I regretfully cannot recommend Landmark Ford Truck Service Center for RV repairs. It's important for customers to be cautious when considering their services, as my experience suggests a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and effective problem-solving.

try to make n appointment for repair to my F-150. First available appointment was 6 weeks out. I was concerned as warranTy running out. I was told take to another dealer or drive something else not his proble!!! Service department is rude and arrogant avoid.

I have a fairly new eco sport. When I purchased this vehicle brand new I was told it had a lifetime warranty and loaner cars would be included. My check engine light is on and first of all it took weeks to get my car in and then I'm getting told they have no loaners available. My husband and I both have to have a vehicle and it's not my fault the car is already acting up. When I had my Nissan if something went wrong they put me in a loaner and if they did not have one they paid to rent one. I'll be getting the car fixed and immediately trading it in and never buying another ford again because obviously they don't care about their customers or if they can get to work or appointments. They also have made it clear they don't stand by their word. Have a nice day

Yelp requires I include something to justify 1 star. I believe if you are a single female, expect unexplainable costs & run around. Just go somewhere else.

I traded in my 2019 Hyundai Kona for a 2018 Ford Edge, they ran my gap insurance and told me I was getting $6,000.00 back from my Kona and I could use that as the down payment. and that sounded pretty good to me. Well I got my gap check from Hyundai and it was only $4,000.00. I called repeatedly and everyone told me that I had to speak to the finance manager Brian. Every single one. flash forward 2 months to today when I am finally done with their lack of service, and I go back up there where I am told that Brian does not meet with customers and there is nothing they can do, and that Martin treated me like I was an idiot and did not know anything. I have informed them I am reaching out to my lawyer to unwind the deal because this is the worst experience I've EVER had.

Traded our vehicle at the end of June for a newer one under the agreement and contract of a certain APR and monthly payment only to find out 3 weeks later the Finance dept. reworked the original contract 2 days after taking possession and never contacted us with the change. For almost a month we have been trying to rectify the situation and get answers as to why this happened only to be told "What do you want us to do about it?" No offer of explanation, no apologies or anything. This was the 4th vehicle from this dealership and will be our last. A simple courtesy call or heads up would have been acceptable...not the brush off and "Accept what you got as a gift and be happy with it" attitude that was presented to us. Our salesman went above and beyond to try and help us in this situation but in the end even he was pushed aside over it. Anyone in the market for a 2022 Escape? Because this eye sore is a reminder of the shady dealings that we want to put behind us.

They say The hunger of Pirhanas can strip their victims to bone twice as fast when the water level is low ....... When inventory is low here the salesmen will do the same to customer wallets, credit reports and give you bones for your trade in . Steer clear but if you do venture out there..... My suggestion: Remember to write things down verbatim ( like I did ) what they tell you on the phone then compare it to what you are told again at the dealership and let the fun begin. Funny how you can work out a deal the day before, drive 35 minutes there for an " appointment " only to find out the salesman forgot to mention the car you are trying to buy is now called a Demo and the employee who takes it home, buys groceries and takes the Cat to the vet in it.... does not work today OOPS !! Thanks for the worthless credit pulls and ... approval ........... I would rather buy from craigslist in a high crime neighborhood than shop here again. Well off to other sites to review again ! Most of positive reviews I have seen here are new cars.......My best guess is they can't stiff you on price on a new one as the Ford website will show correct prices unlike used ones.

I am normally not one to write a review on anything but my experience at the dealership was god awful and i hope that this review actually makes people take their business elsewhere. I bought a Truck from this dealer late November 2021 upon arriving i get told the trailer breaks make a smell when i come to a complete stop, I was never made aware of this before driving over an hour to the dealer, I was told the truck is in great condition. There was a smell but not from the breaks, it was antifreeze a clear antifreeze smell. I then talk to the salesman (Sean) about this issue and they agree to knock a couple hundred off the price he also reassures me that if it turns out to be an actual problem they won't leave me stranded and will make things right. So I go on to purchase the truck, upon leaving the dealership after about 5 minutes of driving, the truck starts to overheat so I inspect the issue to see that there is absolutely no antifreeze in this truck at all. call the dealer and they cant do a thing for me, i'm over an hour from home and they cant do a thing for me. I get this issue resolved on my own and then get home and the next day I go out to my truck and now see that its leaking oil, so now i'm leaking oil and possibly antifreeze. I talk with Sean again and he's sure that they will help out so i take the truck into a shop and get quoted for $1000 worth of work, I reach out to Sean and send him the receipt and receive no response. A couple weeks later the entire transmission goes out on this truck and this time i call the dealer and talk to someone so after talking to someone he basically said tough luck. They did send me a check for my tow bill which was $300 but i promise I will never do business with the dealership ever again, the management here is trash. I wouldn't trust a single one of the mechanics to work on any of my vehicles, i was assured that this truck was looked over by one of their mechanics and if it was i surely hope he was fired. No antifreeze, leaking antifreeze, leaking oil, smell of antifreeze when stopping, temp sensor went bad, all plugs needed immediate replacement. Please DO NOT buy from this dealer it will save you from a humongous headache.
