At that time, there was no line, but I had to wait about 10 minutes while the cashier chatted with the customer in front of me, despite knowing I was waiting to check out. The cashier, Becky, was extremely rude and gave me a hard time because I was purchasing clearance items. Additionally, she charged me twice for one item, which I didn't realize until I got home.

Seems to be a Springfield staple and you're bound to run into somebody you know and maybe get a good deal or two I can't believe there's people that don't use Kohl's cash LOL

I can't comment on the wares sold. I normally only go there for Amazon returns. Based on that experience, it's always been good. The racks and shelves always seem organized. There's enough staff around to help if I really needed something.
Parking is adequate. I believe it's wheelchair accessible with proper ramps and automatic doors for entry.

I had to ask for help to get some clothes that were secured and after finally tracking someone down they were very obviously less than thrilled that they had to help. I don't understand unnecessary rudeness and I will gladly shop somewhere else where I don't have to deal with it. The cashier earned the stars and at least she was friendly and helpful.
