Had starter go out on my car and called Knox Knolls. Steve helped me get in contact with a good tow company and was able to fix my car super quick. As a woman I felt extremely comfortable. I wasn't talked down to. I would definitely recommend and will take my car back for all future issues.

We received excellent care and speed of service from the auto department in this store. They were helpful with getting the tires we needed/wanted and very informative about warranties, cost, and any other information we asked about. The ability to make an appointment with them was very nice as well. I highly recommend them.

This is my dad’s experience:“A shout out to Knox Knolls auto care.They went over and above to fix our van.2005 Toyota Sienna. The ABS regulator went bad. NO brakes when that happens. The part they needed has apparently always had issues although ours has worked fine up to now.These 2005 regulators were so much of a problem that Toyota stopped making them.There were only (2) spares in the entire country.The first din’t work. The second fixed the problem.Their diligence $$aved me from having to buy a newer vehicle for my son.We have used Knox Knolls Autocare for several years on all our vehicles and I really appreciate their service.

Literally no help. From out of state and starter went out at gas station. I called and informed them I was having it towed to Knox knolls lot. The gentleman on the phone told me not only could he not work on it but didn’t even have room on the lot. I asked when he might get it in and he said roughly 2.5 weeks. He was polite, and he was very friendly. But this review is for the company. I just think they are losing customers when I need a simple starter replacement and I can’t even have my vehicle towed there when it breaks down at the gas pump.

Wonderful experience! Dropped my car off after hours and Steve called me back the next morning having fixed the immediate problem and let me know my options going forward. He politely answered all of my questions and seemed very trustworthy. Even though this location is out of my way I will certainly be returning next time I need work done.Service: Brake service & repair
