No. At the start of the project in 2018 we were pleased with the communication and work. The drywall near our ceiling’s edges was crumbling so we hired Kate Kesley Inc. to completely replace and re-drywall our vaulted ceilings to fix the problem. However, after paying in full, the problem was still evident, even more obviously now that the popcorn ceilings had been replaced.So we contacted the owner and have been repeatedly promised they’d come back out to fix the issue, but since then cannot get calls or other messages returned to actually schedule project completion.Attached pictures all show areas where the walls meet our ceilings that Kate Lesley drywalled. I’m really disappointed to leave a negative review after trying unsuccessfully, annually for four years to get this reconciled.

DON'T BOTHER CALLING! We were referred to Kate so we requested a quote for 2 bathroom projects. Bruce showed up for the appointment, said it would be about a week for figures...then disappeared. I sent 2 emails, made 6 calls with zero response. Finally 3 days short of a month, he picked up my phone call and said that he wasn't going to bid the jobs because several of his employees were poached by other contractors. That's unfortunate for his company however he knew about the situation for nearly 3 weeks. All he needed to do was tell us weeks ago there was an issue and move on. Fortunately we didn't use his company as workers may have started and walked out on the job.

My neighbor referred me to Kate Lesley. I had an issue with my roof that either no one could fix or would fix! Bruce was straight forward regarding the process. Dale and Mike addressed the issue and so far the problem appears to be fixed. I would contact them again should I need their services.

We have had them out on two different projects and found the work finished on time and within the proposal. Nice group of people to work with, very professional. Will use them again and again!!

Great communication! We received an itemized estimate prior to the work beginning. We had communication regarding start times and updates each day. The work performed was CLEAN and very, very professional. There's a reason Kate Lesley Inc is so highly rated on Angie's List. We will be hiring them again soon for more projects.

I had heard great things about them so I called - They are professional - reasonably priced - did excellent work - and when they left it was cleaned up so well, I didn't even know they were there!!!

One of your drivers was on I55 S before the split and flipped us off for a reason unbeknownst to me. All I know is he was driving in the passing lane and impeding traffic. If that's how your employees act and treat other people, I'll be sure to spread the word not to use your company.
