Always have had great service in the store. Ordered fabric online and great communication and arrived when they said it would. Coupons are on the app.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The store is clean and well organized which is quite a feat with the miles of fabric they carry. If you're into crafting you basically have to pay this store a visit. [2023 Update: so much more yarn than Michael's. Seriously. If you need yarn, don't even bother going to Michael's - just head straight to Joann's.]

Yesterday was my 1st time there and I was highly impressed. Service there is top notch! I had questions, and several employees came to my assistance even while being pretty busy. I truly hope this company takes care of their employees, they deserve it! You cannot get that type of service online anywhere.

1st time visit. I liked the selection of holiday items available. The fabric section was impressive. I did have a tough time finding what I needed for material, mostly because there was so much to look through. Make sense? You have a couple of outgoing employees- one that was by the sewing machines especially. The young ladies at the register could use some serious customer service training. They seemed very uncaring and unhappy. Evening of 8/12/23
