I have NEVER gone 2 a Jimmy John's with old veggies in no state I have gone 2 butTHIS LOCATION mind blowing 10$ sandwich with old veggies..JIMMY JOHNS IS SUPPOSE 2 BE KNOW FOR FRESHNESSNOT GOOD AT ALL..2 STARSITS A BUSY PLACE SO VEGGIES SHOULD MOVE QUICKNO REASON FOR ANYTHING OLD

I had an order of 10 subs I needed to place and was put on hold by the “ manager “ waited 10 minutes and then decided to call back, didn’t even say hello she said Haha hold please again. I called again and was hung up on 4 times. Then when I called to complain she said to take it up with corporate and to stop calling. A so called manager just lost a customer. So unprofessional.

We love jimmy johns and eat there alot I order a giant sandwich and they said I had a free half sandwich so got turkey and bacon took two bites and had a hair in my mouth spit that bite out and thought ok just gonna try another bite and I had a hair in my mouth again so gonna be awhile before I go back but before this order everything had been excellent.

Delivered 8 houses down then tried to tell me to go ask my neighbors for my food that they miss delivered finally they said they are remaking it but if they really are remaking it or not who knows after an hour i finally have my sandwich 0/10Ps.They forgot something after they made it twice.....pathetic worst jimmy johns ever

Ordered Jimmy Johns for dinner tonight after two days of traveling. I placed our order on the ap, and when it got here, there were no napkins or condiments (both of which I had ordered). I called the store and told them what had happened, and the response was "well do you need us to make another delivery of the napkins and condiments?" I said yes and was delivered two napkins and 4 wrong condiments. Come on guys....THIS. IS. YOUR. JOB.

They're always fast and friendly, I have done takeout and delivery both from this location. They have never gotten my order wrong and the food is always fresh.Minus one star just because JJ as a company is pricey especially for delivery.

This is by far the slowest Jimmy John's in the area. Some of the workers have a normal pace but are slowed down by several obvious ignorant and uneducated workers
