I am very disappointed in the customer service . First be sure you have your checkbook when ordering because they don’t take debit or credit and was not told this up front. I was told 3 weeks for delivery and it’s been almost 2 months. I would be fine with that if I was updated on delivery but they will not return phone calls. After paying half down apparently my business is not appreciated enough to at least say that they are not sure when I will get my countertops. I wonder if they have ever been ordered for sure because I’m only told that “he” is the only one that can answer my questions and “he” will never return calls after leaving messages with employees or on his voice mail. He is Bob ? ? The sales staff have NO answers after you place your order. I usually don’t leave reviews let alone negative reviews but if you want to feel that you’re appreciated as a customer this is NOT the place to spend your hard earned money. I can only hope that the end result will not be a disappointment.Update ——— Larry and Jerry the installers really went the extra mile and pulled everything together for a beautiful finished product.These boys need to give a few hints to office staff on customer service. You guys are definitely an asset to the company.
