Well, yet another transaction/vehicle purchase at Isringhausen. The entire process was completed via text and email. Amazing as always. I began my foray into sports cars/luxury vehicles in 2003 and it continues today. There isn't a better place to do business and I guarantee you won't find anywhere more professional than Isringhausen Porsche in Springfield , Illinois. Don't believe me? Excellent salesman, Brian Mitchell. Extremely polite and patient with me while showing me several cars. I didn't know what I wanted and he explained everything to me so that I could understand the different MB car models. Even found better finance rate. Would highly recommend him to friends.

Brandon Horner made the entire process of purchasing a new Volvo enjoyable. Brandon was completely honest and transparent about the price of the vehicle. The trade-in value was in line with the price I found online. There were no fake add-on items that most dealers use. This entire dealership is honest, trustworthy, and no pressure.

I had three separate interactions with Isringhausen in the past week and all three were excellent experiences. I had to take my Sprinter Van in for service and then had a follow up issue and Jason in the Service Department was wonderful and went above and beyond to help me. At the same time I worked with Wajhi to sell a different vehicle and the entire processes was seamless. I live an hour away in Bloomington and they helped me take care of everything from afar. I am a business owner that emphasizes exceptional customer service in my own store and it was really great to be on the receiving end. I adore my Sprinter (Camper) Van and I look forward to many years of continued service with Isringhausen because I know they will take excellent care of my vehicle.
